Race a comet across the sky, bake an exceptionally weird cake and step inside the mysterious Spy Café.
Award-winning poet Kate Wakeling joins Helios for a wonder-filled poetry session, bringing her poems to life through energetic performances, with imaginative opportunities to join in. Suitable for ages 5 and up.
Peter and the Wolf springs to life in this lively, story-filled performance, as Echor brings Prokofiev’s beloved musical adventure into the heart of Helios. With unforgettable characters, thrilling live music and plenty of wonder along the way, this is the perfect first concert for curious young listeners and families alike.

The Talemaker invites you inside the restless imagination of Sergei Prokofiev: composer, exile, mischief-maker and master storyteller. With actor Robert Wilfort as Prokofiev himself, live orchestra and some of his most unforgettable music, we follow the journey from Romeo and Juliet to the boy at the gate -and the creation of Peter and the Wolf.

Echor returns with a vibrant display of Nordic folk music reimagined for string orchestra. Raw, driving and deeply atmospheric, these wild tunes blur the line between folk and classical soundworlds. This performance moves through soaring melodies, rhythmic energy and moments of stillness as Helios shifts into its final hours.

Internationally celebrated songwriter and slide guitarist Martin Harley brings Helios to a spellbinding close with an intimate performance. Blending blues, folk and Americana with effortless warmth and soul, Harley and Echor join forces for a specially woven collaboration that sees Helios drift off into the midsummer night.
